Panda Bear…that name is for me to remember someone wonderful on his 30th birthday.
The avocado in this should be medium sized and the milk I used is 2%. The book you see in the back ground of this picture is "Eat This, Not That". I never did read the entire thing but I get a lot of helpful advice from it including what types of this to add to my smoothies to make them healthier. Today's smoothie included flax seed, which adds nothing to the taste of the smoothie but is considered a superfood.
